What magical device would you most like to own and why?

As you get older, you begin to forget things. I would love to put my memories into the pensieve and draw them out regularly to examine them. I would also use it to empty my mind at night so that I could fall asleep-chronic insomniac.

Oh Sherry... I would LOVE to have the Pensieve and be able to keep all my favorite memories and visit them whenever I want. I wouldn't ever forget those most important moments.

And, you're right about "emptying out" your thoughts at night. I would sleep so much better without all of that running around in my head.

I wouldn't even think about wanting the mirror, because you don't see what is real. Look what it started to do to Harry. Dumbledore was right to remove it and not allow him to continue to see his parents.

That is why I didn't make the cloak my choice. It would cause me all kinds of problems. The would have to move me to Slytherin.
