Please help me. If anybody sees Smallville, I need to know what happened with the episode called Phoenix (second one of the series )? Please I had to miss it and forgot to tape it. Thanks!!!!

in that episode, clark turned un-evil and at the end broke up with lana. lex came back and i'm not sure, but i think it may have been this episode, joined business with lionel.

Yeah I made sure to watch "slumber" it good. Although I had missed the one in which Clark got shot. I love Smallville too. Well we'll see how it goes with this weeks episode.

oh rite. when clark got shot, that was pretty bad. thank God he's better, but ppl may get suspicious because his sore from the bullet healed already.

I know, about the bullet wound. What did they tell Lana when she asked about Clark and his "wound"? Do you remember? Well I can't wait for "Perry". I wonder how good its going to be.

i dont remember what clark said.....at one point she said something to him and he said it stings a little. the next episode is on in like 6 minutes! hope its good!!!!!!!

I used to Watch Smallville all the time, but then I got caught up with school work and stuff and always forgot when it got on. but i loved that show. Modern day superman lol. (damn tom wellings hot)

omg he is super hot!! same kinda thing with me.... i dont really watch it as much as i used to its a good show, but i think that they should stop adding in new freakish characters every episode, and just focus on a plot with clark, chloe, lana, pete, and lex. i'm kidna getting tired of a new meteor freak every week.

Okay, over the past couple of months I've been catching up in this show and I'm finally there. Pretty awesome season finale, if you ask me. Clark's gone off to build his fortress of solitude, and hopefully he'll be back in time to save his parents, Lois and Chloe...

Gotta say, the first season of Smallville sucked, but once you got past it, it isn't bad. Though the show generally falls into 3 categories. A villain with special powers suddenly shows up, such and such isn't themselves today (turned evil or whatever), and so and so has lost their memory.

Yeah. And Kristin Kreuk is hot. I'm wondering if she'll be back next season, or if she's about to be leaving for good...

I think next season has the potential to be the best.

BTW, when the hell is Clark gonna fly for REAL? Clark and Bruce Wayne should meet...

The chick who plays Lana is smokin'.

I tried watching this show in the first season, but it tried to be too much like Buffy. That Chloe chick is annoying. Plus, every villian of the week was wacky off of Kryptonite. Lame. Stopped watching.

I caught one episode where this chick guest starred as Lois Lane... hachamacha! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay super hot.

Maybe it's gotten better, who knows. But they pretty much took a huge dump on the Superman continuity from the comics.

Yeah, Lois became a semi-regular character this year. Chloe's cousin too, with absolutely no interest whatsoever in reporting

Oh, Sierra, HECK, Kristin Kreuk... I... I swear... if... if I wasn't married, I swear I'd be all like <removed> right in the <removed> and she'll be like <removed>.

If she left the show, it'd take a pretty steep ratings dive... I'm sure she'll stick around, but, of course, her and Clark won't ever really hook up... not really... and she'll never find out who Clark really is...... no... won't happen...

But, man, Lex really started becoming pretty evil this season... I mean, in the previous seasons I thought the dude rocked, and was pretty bummed about him becoming the "baddie"... but they're going about it the right way.

After reading this thread a week ago I realized that I absolutely love this show even though I only saw maybe 3 episodes. So I took it upon myself to "find" them, and now I posess about 15 episodes, going on 16 as we speak. I can't stop myself.

I really love how they keep a constant flow in the over all story plot, but have layers of stories going on at the same time, and on those really good episodes it all ties together and makes for great drama.

I watched most of season one. Thought it sucked. Was a huge fan of Pete, but that was about it. I stopped watching near the end of season one. Now I kinda wish I had kept with it, since apparently it is so good I just got sick and tired of the whole Clark-and-Lana storyline.

I wasn't a fan in the first season, but got totally hooked on the third season. The story really developed by that point, though Pete took off, which was sad. The fourth season took a real turn as far as the Clark/Lex friendship went. You can feel the tension between them, and you never know when that's going to blow up.

The problem with this prequel, though, is that a lot of people are suspicious of Clark... so in the future, why don't more people work out he's superman?

Pete left? Okay, well, I guess I won't bother catching up on the show, then. My brother was also a big fan of Pete. Whenever he came up in the opening credits we'd both go, "Yay!! PETE!"

Wow....... that's...... really................... uh yeah...

Well, it was kind of good Pete left. He couldn't handle the burden of knowing about Clark's abilities... also he almost hurt Clark with kryptonite once when he was posessed (or in some sort of altered state...).

Also, I think his parents got divorced... that may of had something to do with it.

Ultimately, though, I think it was the actor leaving the series that really did it

Pete's part wasn't strong enough to sustain itself. He usually only had minor appearances in the first 2 seasons anyways, so from an exec's standpoint ("Why are we paying this guy what we're paying him if he's only in the show a couple minutes?") I understand why his role could be yanked.

I kinda wanted his part to develop into something more meaty and sustainable, but alas, poor Pete, RIP.

I'm anxious to see this season, as it certainly showed signs of being the best. Lex and Clark should really grow distant this season... And Clark better learn how to fly SOON... The first episode, he's levitating in his bed, and in season 4, the only other times he's flown was when he saved Lana in the twister, and when he was under the influence of red kryptonite... Some Superman he'll turn out to be if he can't fly...

The start of Season 4 was awesome, when he just took off (as Kal-El) and caught up with Lex's plane. Absolutely amazing. The way they did the effects, as well, was great. We need more of that!

I think he'll learn how to fly last of all. I'd say he'd learn his ice-breath before that. But now he's found the Fortress of Solitude, he'll learn how to use/control his powers pretty quick, I think.

Yeah, baby. I didn't realize the new season had already started... I better hurry up and add the WB back on to my selected tv channels... Hopefully I'll catch the show on a re-run soon...

Season premieres are usually my favorite part of the tv season.

Smallville sucks since they always leave you with cliff-hangers. I'd hate if it ended up like Lois and Clark, and just finished on that kind of note... (though Lois and Clark sucked anyway )

Oh, sorry, I didn't realize we were getting into season 5... I thought we were in Season 4... Where the heck have I been?

Right. Fifth Season.

First ended with the tornado
Second ended with Clark leaving Smallville
Third ended with Clark disappearing with Jor-El (as Lex gets married, I believe it was)
Fourth ended with the meteor shower. Martha and Jonathan are being held captive by Jason. Lex is suspicious of Chloe, and follows her to the caves, where Clark magically jumps into the arctic somehow.

I've got a feeling Chloe will somehow forget about Clark's powers.

I found a spoiler fan site. I'd post it, but there's so many spoileres through episode 7 that it would almost take away from watching. However, I could post the WB's official description, if you'd like... Oh, and the trailer which shows Clark without his powers, as he attacks Lex, who out meneuvers him and punches Clark in the face making him bleed from his mouth. OOooo dramatic!

I did see that spoiler site before. It really gives you a description of the episodes, but not really the overall story-arc... like what happens with Lana's murder charges and all of that

I'm looking forward to the premiere, although I may forget about it by Thursday because I'm more excited about the second episode of LOST's second season which is on Wednesday.

Caught the new episode of the new season. Looks promising. Clark found the Fortress of Solitude, but had to leave to save Chloe's life. Lex is getting more and more suspicious, and ... well, I assume Lana is still wanted for murder (though there was this thing with a newspaper that I think may of explained this, but I didn't catch it). We'll see what happens with that.

I think Clark took care of those Kryptonians a little too easily though...

I agree about the ease with which Clark dealt with the Kryptonians. Weak. Lana read in the paper about how the woman she killed (in self-defense?) died in the meteor storm. Probably something Lex handled, but whoever it was, they wrote "You OWE me" on the paper next to the article in black marker. Interesting...

Looks promising, but the Fortress of Solitude looked weak. they should've put more effort into making it look real. I mean they had several months, and this IS for the season opener...

Yeah, it was definitely Lex, then. Only he'd say "you OWE me" to his friends. And he was one of the only people who knew about it happening in the first place.

I know what you mean about the Fortress of Solitude... I mean, on the inside it was basically the same as the 1970's version... on the outside, well, it just didn't look like a fortress. It was too short, is one thing.

Also, how did Chloe enter this "fortress" so easily?

It was still a pretty good episode. James Marsters showing up at the end was kind of neat. They're obviously going to have a real "villain" this year.

I've still only managed to catch the first 3 episodes of this Season, I think the fifth has been played so I'm only a couple behind. Clark's got his power's back, but its going to cost him someone he loves. Major bummer.

I figure its going to be his dad. Though the show wouldn't do too well without Bo Duke.

It'll probably be a momentary loss of life, or it could be the friendship with Lex... Weak, but so was the fortress.....

The first season full of Kryptonite monsters was lame. Then it got all into crazy Kryptonian symbols, weird cave, blah blah blah. Weak sauce.

Aquaman made an appearance in last week's episode. It was alright, but it could've been stronger. That's the story of the life of Smallville, though... I think that EVERY episode could be stronger...

In anycase, after the two had a rough start, with Clark suspicious of Aquaman, they established themselves as friends by the end of the show, with A.C. (Aquaman) knowing about Clark's powers. There was even a reference to the "J.L.A." between the two at the end of the show, which was pretty lame imo, but understandable. I think, however, that we won't see much more of Aquaman on Smallville, unless they decide to go ahead and develop a show for Aquaman, which I think would bomb VERY quickly, if done by the same production group as Smallville...

What, did Aquaman join Smallville High School's swim team?

Apparently, he was in town to stop Lex from using an aquatic weapon that kills all the marine life within a 3 mile radius, or something. That same device, when tested in Smallville's lake, caused Aquaman's ears to bleed. The guy's alter ego was on the Miami University swimteam, and he was studying what else but marine biology... At the end of the show, he chooses not to go back to Miami.

They're not in highschool anymore... which may be good for the show, because HECK's right, the story was always which Kryptonite monster would come in each week and how Clark would deal with them when he had to, uh oh, go to class. That improved in the recent seasons, so its worth watching... but I just don't LOVE the show as much as I probably could. I guess they just don't go far enough with the stories or characters

Clark goes to college in the books, right? Then gets a gig at The Daily Planet. When is that gonna happen?

At least, though, Clark gets a research gig with the professor, and I suspect that'll be what whets his journalistic appetite and leads to him going to The Daily Planet, along with his already-established relationship with J Jonah Jameson... Erm, I mean, what's his face...

Oh, he should definitely bring Lana over too. I'll keep Clark in a kryptonite cage and spend the next few days trying to convince Mrs. Gaboman that there are just some things all couples should do to spice up their marriage.

They're together in the new season, aren't they? I've only caught the first 4 episodes so far, and don't really remember what happened in them either

I dunno, I caught all of season 3,


and the first part of 4, where Lois showed up.


Or maybe I watched all of season two, i don't know.


I seen them blow up the blond reporter chick, but it's was a ruse.


Tell the truth, I don't know when I quit watching it, it's been months, I think maybe even a full year.

I think it was on against LOST for awhile and I dropped it.


I did like the show, the banter between Clark and Lex.


I wish I was buds with Lex. He is cooler. Clark is kind of a nerd.


Oh yeah, the last one I saw, Lana was in europe with her boyfriend and having visons of something.

And Blond reporter girl had showed back up.


And Clark had to kill some teleporting insane chick.

Yeah, that was the start of season 4... Chloe (the blonde reporter girl) died at the end of season 3, and came back in season 4. Lois showed up because she was looking for Chloe's "killer". Then she ended up staying in the show. I never liked her character, really.

Season 4 ended with a new meteor storm hitting Smallville... the guy Lana was dating in France turned out to be totally evil, but got his in the end.

I need to catch up, I like the show, just havn't made time to watch it in awhile.

I caught season 4 finale tonight, and am watching the season five premire right now.


I'm gonna try to get back into it again.


I should be watching the apprentice right now, but I got hooked while flipping channels.

Lana is really really HOT.


She was in that chopper crash, and had a black oiled up, bloody face, and she still looked good.


Clarks an idiot. To go for Lois, when he could have Lana.

that part was funny, when the two green eyed goblins from Krypton just turn their back on him, and turn to the wall and say it is finished,


then he throws them in. Kind of silly.


But, the part that was cool, was them being trapped in the glass, just like the old movie.


That 77 movie was part of my childhood, and that floating 2-d glass trapping Zod and his ilk terrified the tar out little Davie.


So that part brought back the memories.

Man, it made me madder than a wet hornet.


First Clark shows Lana who he is, takes her to the fortress of solitude,

make a diamond from a lump of coal, seals it in a ring with his laser vision, proposes marriage,

she says yes,

it's all cool.


then they kill her off and do this bogus time travel crappola where it never happened, and then she breaks up with him for being all distant,


and then His dad has a heart attack and dies.


So we lose Bo Duke, and we get more of the Lana and Clark broken up but still want each other crap.

And Lois is starting to grow on me, looking better and better every week.

I watch it because Survivor is not on yet, and there is nothing else. I normally do something else while watching it, like get on the Net, or draw Autocad stuff.



Lois and Lana are both super hot. The blond chick is a plain jane.


I actually like the Clark/Lex storyline, the friendship, the emnity.

I think Lex is an awesome bad guy. Dude gets capped last week, this week he is out chasing Lana in his car, running her butt off the road and killing her.
