I can't believe that I forgot chocolate. Me! The original chocoholic. Kooka, I think I need some special chocolate gumdrops fired at me to knock some sense back into me.

Chocolate gumdrops.. what a concept! I wonder if anyone has invented them.

*Kookaburra invents chocolate gumdrop (with patent rights legally purchased from fuscia) ... hehehehe inside joke *

*Kookaburra decides not to throw them at anyone yet. Still doing taste tests, and this could last awhile*

I'm sure I would have to kick some to Ron too as he would also know the joke. When all is said and done, all of INR will know too because I'm going to publish it in the business section.

As for the gumdrop.... I would have to turn the patent over to fuscia because it was her concept in the first place. They actually aren't bad. They taste like sugar granulated *Her---- K-----*. Can't spell out that branded name. Don't want that company suing me for using the name... lol

Comfort foods for me are things Mom and Grandma's used to cook:

Roast Chicken, with mashed potatoes, gravy and those canned peas & carrots

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn.

Sloppy Joes

Fried Green Pepper & Egg or fried Balogna sandwiches.

Homemade Ravioli, with longcooked red "gravy" made with both meatballs & sausage, topped with freshly grated Romano cheese and served with fresh homemade bread.

For desert ?

- Deep fried bread dough topped with honey or
- homemade lemon merangue pie, made from scratch.

Beverage ?

Hot Cocoa topped with a marshmallows AND whipped cream

I am comforted that I actually ate so much of this this and lived !
