Munchies: Demonstrating a deep understanding of what its computer-gaming audience wants, Sony has built the ability to order pizza into its latest online multiplayer game.
Type the command "/pizza" while playing Everquest II, a fantasy game with 330,000 active players, and get the Pizza Hut website, where you can place orders for delivery.
Sony (SNE) plans to integrate the pizza function more tightly into the game, so players can charge pizza to their monthly game subscription bill.
Though the new pizza feature might satisfy appetites, caution is required as the game doesn't pause while you're ordering.
It's cool, but it's kind of scary. Everything's getting so integrated.
All I can think of now when I see these things is that video thingy that Gabo posted where the pizza guys knew all the movies you got out and the last holiday you went on and how much money you have in your account.
This is the ultimate. Just sit on your fat ass, eat greasy junk food and play console games. Why don't they have the delivery guy put it in front of you too so that you don't have to get up? And maybe they should figure out a way to chew it and swallow it for you too, so that you can devote your full attention to their PS. Maybe they should plug the PS in your brain so that you are the ultimate retard (as if you were not one already).
If you use your PS to order pizza, you have some serious issues.
